You Are the Problem — and That’s the Best News Ever
When we stop making excuses, we start making power.
What if the most loving thing I could say to you today is this:
You are the common denominator in your life.
The blessings.
The heartbreaks.
The patterns you swear you didn’t choose.
The opportunities you keep watching pass by.
It’s not about blame.
It’s about remembering your power.
This week, I sat with one of my dearest friends and spiritual firebrands, Anjanette Hosley, and we found ourselves returning again and again to this one idea:
You are the problem — and you are the solution.
Not in a way that shames.
In a way that sets you free.
If you don’t like what’s showing up in your life — check your vibration.
If the same wounds keep surfacing — check your alignment.
If the people around you feel too heavy to carry — check the version of you they’re still holding onto.
There is no greater shift than the one that says:
“I’m done outsourcing my power.”
That means no more "yeah, but..."
No more waiting for permission.
No more blaming your childhood, your partner, your ex, your industry, your horoscope, or your past self.
Because you are also the one with the capacity to choose.
To change.
To rise.
Here’s the give:
Take five minutes today — just five.
Close your eyes.
Put your hand on your chest.
And ask yourself:
Where am I still performing weakness to stay comfortable?
Where am I using softness as an excuse to avoid growth?
Where am I pretending to be powerless… because it lets me off the hook?
The answers won’t accuse you.
They’ll free you.
Because once you see it, you can stop repeating it.
And once you stop repeating it, you start becoming someone new.
You don’t need more time.
You don’t need better odds.
You don’t need a different past.
You need more effort — and a little bit of self-honesty.
That’s the real work.
And it’s the work that pays you back in soul, not just results.
You’re the problem.
You’re the solution.
And you’ve got this.
With love and precision,
Levi
I am the problem and I am the solution.
Love, love, LOVE the truth bombs you dropped, my friend!
